Ingredients
140 gr unsalted butter, room temp
180 gr powdered sugar
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
200 gr flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
25 gr cocoa powder
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
3. Beat butter and powdered sugar for 3-4 minutes. Add one egg at a time and mix in between each addition. Add vanilla. Shift flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix to combine.
4. Transfer half of the batter into a medium-sized bowl and add cocoa powder, mix to combine. Transfer each batter into piping bags and cut 2 cm opening. Pipe both batters alternatively into loaf pan.
5. Using a skewer, swirl the batters together with a zig-zag motion, 3 times around the pan.
6. Bake for 40 minutes. Take the cake out of the pan after 10 minutes and continue to chill on a wire rack. Enjoy!
